The Legion Construction is an ongoing, open ended process.  The goal is to strive for perfection, seek innovation and foster inspiration.  Legacy and challenge define the path, effort and vision design the route.   The Legion may not always appear as it once did, nor will it ever have a final shape, rather it seeks to improve upon itself and its facets by adapting and branching out further at every opportunity.  Definition is fluid because it must be, in this second to second world.
